(established on 21 December 2011 in the Republic of South Africa in terms of the Collective
Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002), managed by NewFunds (Proprietary) Limited

CHANGE IN THE CALCULATION AGENT

Currently Barclays Risk and Indexation Services (“BRAIS”) is the provider and calculation
agent of the indexes used in the NewFunds TRACI 3 Month Exchange Traded Fund of the
Collective Investment Scheme portfolios in NewFunds (RF) Proprietary Limited (“NewFunds”).
As part of a strategic realignment of its business by Barclays Plc, BRAIS is in the process of
being sold to a third party.

As a result BRAIS will discontinue the calculation of the NewFunds TRACI 3 Month Exchange
Traded Fund index with effect from 9 August 2016 but will continue as the index provider until
such time as the sale of its business to the third party is complete.
Accordingly, NewFunds wishes to advise investors that S&P Dow Jones Indices has been
appointed as Calculation Agent to the NewFunds TRACI 3 Month Exchange Traded Fund,
effective 10 August 2016.
