NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
SECTION 3.83(b) OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Raubex has
received formal notification that Somerset Capital Management LLP and its affiliates
(“Somerset Capital Management LLP”), in the capacity of an asset manager with discretion to
make investment decisions on behalf of several beneficial owners, acquired an interest in
securities of the Company ("the securities"), such that the total interest in the securities held
by Somerset Capital Management LLP is now 5.19% of the total issued securities.

Raubex hereby confirms that it has received the required notice from Somerset Capital
Management LLP in terms of Section 122(1) of the Act. As required in terms of section
122(3)(a) of the Act, Raubex has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation
Panel.
