This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1).

Awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2013

On 1 August 2016, awards over ordinary shares in Mediclinic International plc were granted to the
following person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") under the rules of the Mediclinic
International PLC Long Term Incentive Plan 2013 (the "Plan"):

GBP Nil consideration per share was paid for the grant of the awards, which are structured as
conditional awards.

The vesting of an award is subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the
Remuneration Committee of the Company. The awards for PDMRs will normally vest on the later of
the third anniversary of grant, other than for those PDMRs who also sit on the Board of Directors of
Mediclinic International PLC whose awards will vest on the later of the fifth anniversary of grant. The
awards will also be linked to the determination of the performance conditions, provided the individual
remains an employee or officer of the group.


The Company was informed of the above transactions in London on 1 August 2016.
