CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, Delta shareholders are advised
that Mr Jorge da Costa has resigned as independent non-executive director from the board of Delta with
effect from 20 July 2016, due to his personal businesses having grown significantly and his decision to focus
on these companies. He remains available as an advisor to the board of Delta if required.

The board wishes to thank Jorge for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.

Further to the aforementioned resignation, Delta’s investment committee will now be chaired by Ms Marelise
de Lange.
