MANAGEMENT (“Lazard”)

shareholders are hereby advised of the following:

Lazard has increased their beneficial interest in the securities
of the Company, such that the total interest in securities of the
Company held by Lazard now amounts to 5.88% of the total issued
ordinary shares of the Company.
