DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2016 - UPDATE Further to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 15 July 2016 holders of dbx USA securities are advised that the net distribution payable on Friday, 22 July 2016 will be a minimum amount of ZAR 0.14481 per dbx USA security. This is based on the ZAR/USD exchange rate prevailing on Monday, 18 July 2016 of 14.29609. The net ZAR distribution amount of ZAR 0.14481 per dbx USA security is calculated as follows: - Gross foreign dividends of ZAR 0.29949 (two nine point nine four nine cents); - Less: Foreign withholding tax of ZAR 0.04551 (four point five five one cents); - Plus: Equalisation of ZAR 0.00184 (zero point one eight four cents); - Less: Interest of ZAR 0.00002 (zero point zero zero two cents); - Plus: Foreign exchange income of ZAR 0.00005 (zero point zero zero five cents); - Less: Management fee of ZAR 0.11104 (one one point one zero four cents). All income derived is foreign in nature and does not include any manufactured dividends.
