Results of Annual General Meeting

Shareholders of the Company are advised that 73.6% of the total ordinary
shares in issue were represented at the Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of
the Company held earlier today. All ordinary and special resolutions
tabled at the AGM were approved by at least 85.6% of the shares
represented at the AGM.

The resolutions tabled included the approval by shareholders of the
proposed bonus share issue with a cash dividend alternative as announced
on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and SENS on 14 June 2016, as part of the
announcement of the Company’s audited results for the year ended 31 March
2016 (‘results announcement’). Accordingly, the bonus share issue/cash
dividend alternative will proceed as per the timetable set out in the
results announcement.

The other resolutions approved were as per the agenda in the AGM notice,
with no additional matters tabled at the meeting.
