Pursuant to paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Oceana wishes to advise shareholders that Mr. Lawrence
Charles Mac Dougall has been appointed in the role of non-executive
director of the Board, with effect from 13 July 2016. Having held
numerous leadership positions in the FMCG Industry, Mr. Mac Dougall
brings with him a wealth of experience.
