TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange (“JSE”), listed companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the
period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous
corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised to note that the Company changed its financial year end
from 31 December to 31 March. The latest published results were for the year ended
31 December 2013.

Shareholders are advised that Bonatla’s loss per share for the year fifteen months
ended 31 March 2015 is expected to be -5.93 cents, being 25.9% lower compared to
the loss per share of -4.71 cents for the period ended 31 December 2013. The
headline loss per share will be within 20% of the prior period comparative headline
loss per share.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or audited by the Company’s auditors, Nolands Inc.
