ANNOUNCEMENT

CLOSED PERIOD FOR TRADING IN SHARES

The preparation for the results for the year ended 30 June 2016 is in progress and is to continue until
Wednesday, 21st September, 2016 or thereabouts when the results for the year are expected to be
published.

In line with good corporate governance and in compliance with the Botswana Stock Exchange Rules,
we declare a closed period from 1 July 2016 and ending on the date of publication of the financials
for the year ended 30 June 2016.

During this period, members of the Board, management and staff are prohibited from dealing in the
company’s shares, as it could be implied that they may be aware of unpublished price-sensitive
information. Unpublished price-sensitive information is information affecting a company which if
released is likely to materially affect the company’s share price.

All concerned are requested to take note of the same.
