Approval of the secondary listing of the shares in Globe Trade Centre S.A. on the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange
The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange, JSE Limited (the “JSE”) has approved the proposed secondary listing of the shares in the Company on the
“Real Estate Holding and Development” sector of the JSE, with effect from the commencement of trade on the JSE on or
about 18 August 2016 (the “Listing Date”) and subject to the fulfilment of the formal conditions for such listing (the
“Secondary Listing”).
The Abridged Pre-Listing Statement prepared in connection with the Secondary Listing and approved by the JSE is to
be published on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) prior to the Listing Date, on or about 11 August 2016.
The Company will announce the Listing Date and the fact of the commencement of trading in the shares in the Company
under the Secondary Listing in a separate current report and SENS announcement.
Legal basis: Paragraph 35 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 (as amended)
on the submission of current and periodical information by issuers of securities and on the conditions for treating as
equivalent information required by the laws of a country which is not a member of the European Union.
