NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The integrated annual report (“the Report”) for Invicta containing the audited annual consolidated
financial statements for the Group for the year ended 31 March 2016, has been posted to
shareholders today, 30 June 2016.
There has been no change from the audited results for the year ended 31 March 2016, released on
SENS and published in the press on Tuesday, 14 June 2016 and the Report. Shareholders are further
advised that the Report is also available on Invicta’s website at –

The Report contains a notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”) for the Company, which will be
held in the boardroom, Invicta Holdings Limited, 3rd Floor, Pepkor House, 36 Stellenberg Road,
Parow Industria, Cape Town, on Tuesday, 30 August 2016 at 10h30.
The record date on which members must be recorded in the register maintained by the transfer
secretaries of the Company for the purposes of being entitled to attend and vote at the AGM is
Friday, 19 August 2016. The last day to trade is therefore Tuesday, 16 August 2016.
