STATEMENT & NOTICE OF AGM
Further to the publication on 30 May 2016 of Tongaat
Hulett’s audited results for the year ended 31 March
2016, shareholders are advised that the 2016 integrated
annual report, which incorporates the audited financial
statements for that period, has been dispatched to
shareholders. Tongaat Hulett is not required to publish
an abridged report at this date as the audited results
that were published on 30 May 2016 are unchanged. The
integrated annual report is available on the Tongaat
Hulett website www.tongaat.com
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting
(AGM) of shareholders will be held at the Corporate
Office, Amanzimnyama Hill Road, Tongaat, KwaZulu-Natal
on Wednesday 27 July 2016 at 09h00 as set out in the
AGM notice. The notice accompanies Tongaat Hulett’s
2016 integrated annual report and is available on the
website.
The record date on which shareholders must be
registered in Tongaat Hulett’s securities register in
order to attend, participate and vote at the annual
general meeting is Friday, 22 July 2016.
