CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mrs
Carmelita Arendse has resigned as Company Secretary with
immediate effect.

Shareholders are further advised that Ms Cherie Hendricks, an
executive director of the Company, has been appointed as interim
Company Secretary with immediate effect. Shareholders will be
advised in due course once a full-time appointment as Company
Secretary is made.
