acquisition of the immovable property described as 23 Saddle Drive, Woodmead Office Park, Woodmead, 
Gauteng from Policy Property Holdings Two (Proprietary) Limited and are advised to continue exercising 
caution when dealing in the company’s securities until the independent valuation, the finance 
arrangements and the profits of the property have been finalised and announced.
