NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING – EVRAZ HIGHVELD STEEL AND VANADIUM LIMITED

Shareholders are advised that the Business Rescue Practitioners are
holding a meeting to inform all creditors and shareholders of the
progress that has been made to date in respect of Proposal 3 of the
Business Rescue Plan. The meeting will take place at 10h30 on Monday,
11 July 2016 at the address detailed below:

Sandton
Johannesburg


Please note that you will be required to park across the road from
ENSAfrica and that no parking will be available in ENSAfrica’s
building.
