Trading update

In terms of section 3.4(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements , companies are required to publish
a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that
the financial results for the period will differ by at least 20% from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.

The company is in the process of finalising its results for the year ended 29 February 2016 and
Sable advises shareholders that the earnings per share is expected to be between 0.10 and 0.30
cents per share compared to a loss of 7.43 cents per share for the previous year.

Sable shareholders are also advised that the headline loss per share is expected to be between
4.00 and 5.00 cents per share compared to a headline loss of 7.43 cents per share for the previous
year which equates to an improvement of between 32% and 46%.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by the company`s auditors. The results for the year ended 29 February 2016 are
expected to be released by the end of June 2016.
