ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


No Change Statement and Posting of Integrated Report
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Report
incorporating, inter alia, the audited consolidated annual financial
statements for the year ended 29 February 2016 and a notice of the annual
general meeting, was posted to shareholders on 14 June 2016 and is
available on the Company’s website: www.cargocarriers.co.za.

The audited consolidated annual financial statements contain no
modifications to the audited results released on SENS on 31 May 2016.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary
shareholders will be held at 09:00 on Thursday, 21 July 2016, at 11A Grace
Road, Mountainview, Observatory, Johannesburg, to transact the business as
stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the Integrated
Report.

Record Date
The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be registered
as such in the company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the
annual general meeting is Friday, 15 July 2016. The last day to trade in order
to be eligible to vote at the annual general meeting will accordingly be
Tuesday, 12 July 2016.
