RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Freedom announces that it has received
and accepted Ms Dominique Nel’s resignation as an executive director and
alternate Financial Director of the Company and all subsidiary companies
of Freedom with effect from Monday, 13 June 2016. Ms Nel will remain in
her position of Group Financial Manager.

Mr. Willem Grobbelaar, the Chairman commented: “It is with regret that
we have to accept the resignation of Ms Nel and we wish her well in her
future endeavours. The directors and staff of Freedom wish to thank Ms
Nel for her contribution as Director to the Company.”
