DIRECTORATE CHANGE


Mr Antoine Laurens Vincent Dijkstra is appointed to the Board of Directors as a Non-executive Director, with immediate effect.

Mr Dijkstra is the co-founder and partner of Implexus Capital & Partners, an advisor to governments, corporates and financial
institutions. Mr Dijkstra started his career at Credit Agricole in Rotterdam and later worked in Paris and Frankfurt. In the early 1990s
he focused on investment management, capital markets and derivatives at AIG and later Zurich Capital Markets based in Paris and
London. From 2000 to 2005, Mr Dijkstra was a member of the managing board at NIBC in the Netherlands and Chairman of Harcourt
Investment Management in Zurich. From 2006 to 2008, Mr Dijkstra was a Senior Managing Director at JPMorgan/BearStearns in
London. In 2008 he became Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer of Gulf International Bank B.S.C. in Bahrain, with a brief to
rationalise the balance sheet of the bank. He has advised a variety of clients on issues as balance sheet reduction and refinancing, with
a focus on public sector related entities and financial institutions.

Mr Dijkstra is currently a member of the Board of Trustees at the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, United States and a
member of the Executive Committee of the Cox School of Business in Dallas. Amongst others he was formerly a Supervisory Board
member on behalf of HAL Investments N.V of Vesting Finance N.V. a credit management, portfolio management and servicing
company and a Supervisory Board Member of Brink’s N.V. a leading global security and cash logistics company. From 2000 to 2003,
Mr Dijkstra was a member of the Primary Market Operations Committee of the Euronext Amsterdam.

Mr. Dijkstra has a Masters in Finance and Economics from the Rotterdam Erasmus University and a Degree in Advance Management
from INSEAD.
