Renewal of cautionary announcement


Further to the cautionary announcement released on the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 6 November 2015
wherein ArcelorMittal’s shareholders (“Shareholders”) were
advised of a proposed B-BBEE Transaction, and subsequent
renewal announcements, Shareholders are further advised that
the process in relation to the proposed Transaction is ongoing
and when successfully concluded, may have a material effect on
the price of the company’s securities. Due to the timing
requirement for the fund raising process, it is now
anticipated that the full terms announcement will be issued
during September or October of 2016.

Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the company's securities until a
further announcement is made in this regard.
