APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD


Trevor Glaum, the business rescue practitioner (“BRP”), and the board of directors of the
Company (“Board”) are pleased to announce that Matt Long has been appointed as an executive
director on the Board as of 10 June 2016.

Matt has been appointed as the Head of Construction with RBA in early 2015. He has several
academic accolades including obtaining his BSc Engineering cum laude and being on the dean’s
list four years in a row.

He has obtained solid experience in improving business and operational efficiencies during his
tenure at Partners in Performance as an international consultant and prior to that at Sasol.


The Board welcomes him to the team and it is believed that he will add specialised skill and
value to the Board.
