Resilient has been advised that Eagle’s Eye Investments Proprietary Limited (“Eagle’s Eye”), a participant
in Resilient’s BBBEE initiative, has resolved to realise up to 3 603 604 Resilient shares.
Resilient has been advised that the placement will be conducted as an accelerated book build by Java
Capital, as bookrunner for Eagle’s Eye, and that interested parties should contact:
