APPOINTMENT OF PAMELA MOGOTLANE AND NELSON MWALE AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements, shareholders are notified that the board
of directors of Insimbi is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Pamela Mogotlane and Mr. Nelson
Mwale as non-executive directors of the Company; both appointments are effective 8 June 2016.
Pamela holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with 15 years of financial industry experience. She began
her career as a Junior Accountant at Fabcos Investments Holding where she gained experience in
finance. She then moved to Leading Travel Agency as a Finance Manager. Pamela is the Finance
Director for New Seasons and serves on numerous boards of the group of companies within the New
Seasons portfolio.
Nelson holds a National Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a Diploma in Management from
Henley Management College, a Management Advancement Programme qualification from Wits University
Business School and a Masters in Business Administration from Brunel University in the United Kingdom.
His widespread work experience in manufacturing includes working as a project engineer at Barlows
Earthmoving Equipment Company, a Technical Engineer at Dorbyl Structures and a Packaging Manager
(and general project manager) at South African Breweries.
Nelson is the former Operations Director and shareholder of Namitech, the secure technology and
solutions provider to key market focus areas. Nelson has vast experience in the West and East African
markets and was instrumental in setting up the Namitech West Africa operation in Nigeria. Nelson is the
Chief Operations Officer for New Seasons and serves on numerous boards of group companies within
the New Seasons portfolio.
