PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS

NewFunds has, from commencement of business today, issued an additional 50,000 S&PGIVFIN
participatory interests at an approximate listing price of R47.15 per participatory interest.

After the additional listing, there will be 697,216 S&PGIVFIN participatory interests in issue.
