Further to the cautionary announcement dated 1 April 2016 and the renewal thereof dated 25 
May 2016, shareholders are advised that negotiations with Harry Ramsdens have been 
terminated, caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders, when dealing in the 
company's securities.
