CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE

In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the
Company hereby announces the resignation of both Mr Johan
Burger from his position as executive director with effect
from 20 May 2016 and Mr Andrew Maralack from his position
as executive director of the Company with effect from 22
May 2016.


The Company wishes to thank both Mr Burger and Mr Maralack
for their contribution to the Board and to the Company and
wishes them all the best in their future endeavours.
