REDUCTION OF MANAGEMENT FEES on AfricaGold debentures (ETFGLD)

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 1 June 2016, reduced the management fee charged on
ETFGLD from 30bps per annum (excluding VAT) to 25bps per annum (excluding VAT).
