CURRO CREDIT RATING UPGRADED

Curro is pleased to advise shareholders that the rating agency Global Credit
Rating Company (“GCR”) upgraded Curro’s national scale issuer long term
rating to BBB(ZA) (previously BBB-) today, with the short term rating
affirmed at A3(ZA), and the outlook accorded as stable.

This is the result of Curro’s strong performance in the 2015 financial year
as well as additional factors considered by GCR.

This is the highest credit rating Curro has received to date.
