The remaining 112,378 were issued at 4.5p per share for project management services to a service provider in Tanzania in the amount of £5,057. Application will be made for the Settlement Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and the JSE AltX markets. Trading in the Shares is expected to commence on AIM and the JSE on or around 3rd June 2016 (“Admission”). On completion of Admission the Company will have 353,446,270 shares in issue.
