WITHDRAWAL OF SPECIFIC ISSUE OF SHARES FOR CASH TO RELATED PARTIES
                                 (“Specific Issue”)

Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on 5 May 2016 and
13 May 2016 relating to the Specific Issue and are advised that, at the meeting of Visual
directors held on 26 May 2016, the Board, together with the Related Parties have resolved
not to proceed with the Specific Issue.

This resolution was taken owing to the fact that the costs related to the Specific Issue are
not commensurate with the benefits that Visual will receive. Accordingly, the Company
will no longer proceed with the circular to shareholders detailing the Specific Issue.
