(“MRI” or the “Company”)

TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company
is required to publish a trading statement as soon as a reasonable degree of certainty
exists that the financial results to be reported upon next will differ by at least 20% from
the financial results for the corresponding period in the prior year.

MRI is in the process of preparing its annual financial results for the year ended
29 February 2016.

Shareholders are accordingly advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that the Company’s results will reflect a:

-        decrease in earnings per share (“EPS”) to between (3.70) cents per share and
         (3.56) cents per share, as compared to the EPS for the year ended
         28 February 2015 of 0.74 cents per share; and

-        decrease in headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) to between (0.36) cents per
         share and (0.30) cents per share, as compared to the HEPS for the year ended
         28 February 2015 of 2.27 cents per share.

This trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company’s
external auditors.
