REDEMPTION OF AFRICAPALLADIUM DEBENTURES

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 23 May 2016, redeemed 3 100 000 AfricaPalladium
debentures following redemption in respect of approximately 30 732.236 fine troy ounces of
Palladium.

After the redemption, there will be 58 400 000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 584 309.366 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
