(“WCC” or “the Company”)

Further Cautionary Announcement and Update on Voluntary Suspension

Shareholders are referred to the Company’s announcements and related
updates regarding the continued voluntary suspension of its securities
on the Australian Stock Exchange (“ASX”) and the JSE Limited (“JSE”),
the last of which was released on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”)
on 01 April 2016 (“the Cautionary Announcement”). The Company also
announced the termination of its discussions with Sibanye Gold Limited
on SENS on 26 February 2016.

Shareholders are advised that further to the above, the Company’s
securities remain under voluntary suspension and should there be any
change to the status of the Company’s securities a further announcement
in this regard will be released.

Shareholders are advised that the Cautionary Announcement is herewith
renewed and a further announcement in respect any of the above maters
will be released in due course.
