UPDATE TO THE CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Following the announcements released on SENS on 31 December 2015 and on 29 February 2016, the board of
directors of TCS (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that the process to find a suitable replacement for
Mr Lindikhaya Sipoyo has not yet been concluded.

Still committed to ensuring a seamless transition, Mr Sipoyo will continue to fulfil his duties as Executive Director
and Chief Executive Officer, allowing the Board additional time to find a suitable replacement. The parties have
therefore agreed to extend the aforementioned process, the conclusion of which is expected by 30 June 2016.
Shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made.

As the parties are still in discussions regarding Mr Sipoyo’s continued future involvement as a specialist
consultant to TCS, the terms of this consulting relationship will be concluded in due course.
