The board of directors of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of Greenbay and the general
public that the summarised unaudited consolidated interim financial statements of the Company for the three
and six months ended 31 March 2016 have been published and can be viewed on Greenbay’s website
(www.greenbayprop.mu).

Greenbay has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
