Trading Statement ADRENNA PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED (Registration Number 1998/012245/06) Share code: ANA ISIN:ZAE000163580 (“the Group” or “Adrenna” ) TRADING STATEMENT In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange’s Listings Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous corresponding period. Shareholders are advised that the Group’s headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) for the year ended 29 February 2016 are expected to be between 70% and 80% higher (11.39 and 12.06 cents per share) and basic earnings per share (“EPS”) are expected to be between 0% and 10% higher (12.9 and 14.19 cents per share) than the HEPS of 6.7 cents per share and the EPS of 12.9 cents per share reported for the previous financial year ended 28 February 2015. The audited annual financial statements and consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 29 February 2016 will be distributed to shareholders before the end of May 2016. The abridged financial statements in respect of the year ended 29 February 2016 will be released on SENS simultaneously with the distribution of the audited annual financial statements.
