Investor Site Visit – Wonderkop Smelter


Shareholders are advised that Merafe will host a site visit to the Glencore-Merafe Chrome Venture’s
Wonderkop smelter in the North West Province on 6 May 2016.

An overview of the Wonderkop smelter and the Bokamoso pelletising and sintering plant will be
presented at the site visit. No material new information will be given during the site visit.
