RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders are advised that CIS Company Secretarial Services (Pty) Ltd, represented by
Mr Neville Torrien has resigned as the Company Secretary with effect from 30 April 2016.

The Board of Directors thanks Neville Torrien for his valued contribution to the Company
during his tenure as Company Secretary.

The Company has commenced the process to appoint a new Company Secretary and will
advise the market in due course.
