ISSUANCE AND LISTING OF NEW SHARES

Further to the announcement on 21 April 2016, regarding the Company’s acquisition of RBDL Capital Managers
Limited for the consideration of 1 million new ordinary shares in the Company (the “Consideration Shares”), IHL, the
hotel and leisure focused property investment company is pleased to confirm that the Consideration Shares have today
been admitted to trading.

Following the issuance and listing of the Consideration Shares, IHL has a total of 56 000 000 ordinary shares in issue.
