WCC Receives Legal Claim

The Company advises that it has received a joint notice of legal action
in respect of a claim for loan principal amounts totalling AUD500,000
plus interest thereon.

The Company believes the total claimed to be opportunistic and spurious
in nature and will therefore be engaging with counsel to have the
matter formally abandoned.
