In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), the board of
directors (“the board”) wishes to advise shareholders that Mr NC Tromp, Managing Director of the
Company, stepped down as such, however, shareholders should take note that Mr NC Tromp will
continue to serve on the board as a Non-Executive Director.

The board wishes to thank Mr NC Tromp for his immense contribution to the Company as Managing
Director and for his continued service to the Company as a Non-Executive Director.

The board is further pleased to announce the appointment of Mr GR de V Tromp as executive,
Managing Director of Nictus, with effect from 18 April 2016.

Mr G de V Tromp is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa and Namibia) and has been with
the Nictus Group for the past 7 years.

The board would like to congratulate Mr G de V Tromp and wish him well in this endeavour.
