        Further renewal and withdrawal of additional cautionary announcement


Sacoven Shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the cautionary announcements dated
25 November 2015 and 08 March 2016 (“Cautionary Announcements”). Shareholders are
advised that the Company is still in discussions with respect to the potential acquisition of a
Fast Moving Consumer Goods business located in Africa, where such acquisition will only be
capable of implementation during the first half of 2016. Shareholders are advised that the
negotiations referred to in this Cautionary Announcement are on-going and, as such,
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution until a full announcement is made.

Shareholders are also advised that negotiations have been terminated with regards to the
alternative transaction first announced on 8 March 2016 and the contents referred to therein
have ceased to have any relevance or effect on the company, caution is no longer required
to be exercised relating to this additional cautionary.
