NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT


Capital & Regional plc today announces that its 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held on 10 May 2016
at 10.00 am (British Summer Time) at The Rubens at The Palace Hotel, The Van Dyke Suite,
39 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1W 0PS, United Kingdom. Shareholders must be registered in the
Register of Members of the Company at 6.00 pm (British Summer Time) on 8 May 2016, to be entitled to
attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting.

In connection with this, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the 2015 Annual Report and Accounts are
being posted and/or made available to shareholders today.

Copies of the documents will shortly be available in the Investor Info section of the Capital & Regional plc
