DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR, A DIRECTOR OF MAJOR SUBSIDIARIES OF THE
COMPANY AND BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY


Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 27 January 2016, 15 February 2016 and
16 March 2016 relating to a specific authority to issue shares for cash, granted to enX at the general meeting of
shareholders held on 16 March 2016, pursuant to the conclusion of a subscription agreement between enX and Paul
Mansour, Jarrod Friedman and Christian Neuberger (the “subscribers”) on 25 January 2016 in terms of which the
subscribers (or their nominees) agreed to subscribe for 7 629 694 enX shares for an aggregate subscription price of
R17 472 000, as detailed in the circular dated 15 February 2016 (the “specific issue”).

The last of the conditions precedent to the specific issue has now been fulfilled and accordingly, shareholders are advised

a director of the company, in the implementation of the specific issue:
