Plan(BSP) and Performance Share Plan(PSP). The BSP and PSP awards were
granted on 1 April 2013 which have vested on 31 March 2016. The BSP’s are
subject to a 3 year holding period and the PSP are subject to the
achievement of agreed targets. Details of the schemes are contained in the
Remuneration Report contained within the 2013 Integrated Report.
