CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that the Finance Director, Ms Victoria Whitehouse has resigned from the board of
directors of New Frontier, with effect from 4 April 2016. The board wishes to thank Ms Whitehouse for her
valuable contribution to the Company.

Shareholders are further advised that, with effect from 4 April 2016, the following directors have been
appointed to the board:

    -    Mr Nigel Gurkin has been appointed as the Finance Director. Mr Gurkin is a Chartered Accountant,
         ICAEW, having trained with Deloitte Haskins + Sells in the UK. In 1992, he joined shopping centre
         owners, Speciality Shops PLC. In 1997, he joined the Milner Group as Finance Director of the
         property subsidiaries. In 2001 he moved to Shops etc Ltd, managers of 8 shopping centres. In 2011
         he became Finance Director of Plus Shops Retail, managers of a portfolio of shopping centres
         managed on behalf of the Moorfield Group; and

    -    Mr John Needham has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. Mr Needham is a
         Chartered Accountant, ICAEW, having trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK, where he
         later became a tax director. He worked for a number of years at Telereal Trillium, a major division of
         Land Securities, as tax director and is currently acting as in-house tax advisor at Derwent London
         PLC, with a focus on UK REIT legislation.

New Frontier has its primary listing on the SEM and a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the
JSE.
