Shareholders of Afrox (“Shareholders”) are advised that the Company’s integrated report 2015
(“Integrated Report”) has been published on the Company’s website (www.afrox.com) and distributed
to Shareholders.

The audited summarised consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015, as
set out in the Integrated Report, contain no modifications from the audited summarised consolidated
financial results for the year ended 31 December 2015 which were published on the Stock Exchange
News Service on Monday, 29 February 2016.

The Company’s detailed audited consolidated annual financial statements are available on the
Company’s website (www.afrox.com).


NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 87th annual general meeting (“AGM”) of Shareholders will be held in the
Boardroom of the Company, Afrox House, 23 Webber Street, Selby, Johannesburg, South Africa on
Thursday, 26 May 2016 at 10:00 to transact the business as stated in the notice of the AGM forming
part of the Integrated Report.
