DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for GROWTHPOINT PROP LTD and that as a
result of the dividend declaration relating to GROWTHPOINT PROP LTD (GRT) the Trustees of the
Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 89.5 cents per GRTNIF share instalment
that is payable on Monday 4th April 2016. The dividend for non-resident share instalment
shareholders is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. This results in a net dividend of 76.075 cents per
share instalment to non-resident share instalment holders. The final payment will be rounded to two
decimal places.

The last day to trade cum-dividend is Wednesday, 23rd March 2016. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Thursday, 24th March 2016. The record date will be Friday, 1st
April 2016.
