REDEMPTION OF AFRICAPLATINUM DEBENTURES

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 14 March 2016, redeemed 600,000 AfricaPlatinum
debentures following redemption in respect of approximately 5 960.261 fine troy ounces of
Platinum.

After the redemption, there will be 11 200 000 AfricaPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 111 916.658 fine troy ounces of Platinum.
